This year, Cox received the highest honors in J.D. Power and Associates' 2006 Residential All-Distance Telephony Customer Satisfaction Survey in the Northeast, Southwest and Western regions. Just got an eMail from Cox in regards to a free speed upgrade. Preferred goes from 4Mbps to 6Mbps, & Premier goes from 9Mbps to 10Mbps.

Rebooted the modem and here's what I got on my Preferred service;
