This might be remotely interesting, by 2010's date next year if they have relatives up there they will have to dial all 10 digits to get connected to their party.

I upgraded from express to pro service a couple of months ago. When I had dsl express, I was obtaining 1538 downstream and after upgrading to pro this merely went up to around 1680.
