I had poor luck with Pacbell's installation. Being proactive with this problem and the help of the gang at Pacificnet everything worked out and Pacbell fixed their screwups.
I have to say as loud as I can that Pacificnet is TERRIFIC! The staff and service is OUTSTANDING and for once in my internet life (8+ years) I can say that I will remain loyal to this ISP for as long as I reside in this community.
Thanks to all the Mike's at pacificnet. Tech support are courteous and DO NOT treat me like an amature. Kudos gentleman.
