    Been with Earthlink for many years. Upgraded to DSL when it became available. Outsourced tech support is near worthless. My only REAL grip is that if I start up BitTorrent and leave it running for anywhere 12-36 hours, Earthlink disconnects me, I have to power off my modem, wait 10-15 minutes and then I can reconnect again.
