Earthlink resells Time Warner Cable.
We switched this month to EL when TWC wouldn't budge on the new rate they were charging us after the last promo expired, so we're still paying $30/month for 15/1 service and getting 35/1.
In six months, the EL rate will expire, EL will likely offer to extend the rate plan another six months, but if not, we'll switch back to TWC.
Other than a confusing set of phone calls to both companies, each not knowing who is on first, the switch, billing, and service is completely transparent
