    I work for a portrait studio in San Francisco that we require to send and receive large graphic files. We also needed static IP addresses to connect to our home office and connecting to the server using Real VNC.

    The line has been very stable, both from a connection and speed perspective. Speed tests show about 6850 kbps down and 823kbps up. The installation went smooth and Cyberonic technician who set it up was very polite and friendly. Modem Cyberonic sent is an Efficient Networks 5861.

    I am running the modem in bridge mode with a Linksys WRT54G router doing the PPPOE authentication. VOIP quality is markedly improved. Connection is reliable and cheap, so it does the job. Wish I would qualify for faster speeds though. Haven't had one off day or problem. Good deal. Very satisfied. I do recommend Cyberonic DSL.
