Found Cyberonic several years ago through DSL reports (now Broadband reports?) Anyway, at that time, offering good speed at a reasonable price. Had to pay for 18 months up front, but with promise of same price while I remained with the company.
Have had little or no problems. During the first year or two, service occasionally went down for short periods of time, and also had some problems with service cutting off and having to relog on.
But after they sent out a new modem a couple of years ago (by BritePort), that problem disappeared and service has been commendable. Speeds are what they had promised and have always had good response when contacting tech support. All in all, a good dependable service.
