I have used them for many locations in my company. All I have to do is email them, they reply with our contract and ship the equipment. No problems so far with service either; one location in Newnan GA - storm fried the equipment. Other than that, no downtime so far! EASY install, can't stress that enough. Plug it in and go, our install company calls it "plug-n-play" when I tell them that Cyberonic is being used at a location they get excited - no username and passwords, no problems. I would definately reccomend them - the service/repair department definately knows what they are doing and they take care of you.
