Attention to customer needs demands more than significant improvement. Delays in addressing customer needs prompt frustration, anger and resentment. When available actual DSL service is appropriate, the issue nonetheless is having the service up and running. Had an open ticket for a month, when they called stating it was fixed, the problem was still present and the solution they offered was to open another ticket, I believe I will be waiting for another month to resolve the issue. Paying for 3mg receiving down=00037; up=00293. Not sure if this is what you can call good customer service. Multiple attempts made to prompt a more efficient and speedy response have failed.Contact with customer service was paliative in nature. Unfortunately there is no affordable competitor in this area!
