I was conned into this contract by the sales rep at Choice one, then given lousy service at every turn. Yesterday they called to tell me my credit card for the auto-pay system had expired, and that I owed for one past due month and the current month. I gave the person the card number and pin. He then told me I had to call someone else to set up the new card for auto-pay. When I asked him to transfer he said he couldn't, because I had to call directly for security reasons. When I pointed out that, by that logic, I shouldn't have given him the cc info (he called me, remember), he was dumbfounded. This is just one of many reasons I can't wait for the contract period to end.
