    I picked up SpeedFactory when DirecDSL went under, and got a great non-promo rate from them for their 1.5Mbps package (this was a few years ago, just getting around to this now). The tech support was excellent, though I only needed it once or twice over the course of 18 months. I had a static IP and was able to run my personal website from a server in my house with no issues at all.
