This was the worst experience doing business I have EVER had with anyone or any company EVER in my entire life. I don't think could even explain it all in this text box. Long story short Screwed up install (not covad) but gave me the wrong IP. Never worked properly down 75% of the time. Multiple hours and visits to try to correct the problem - never fixed. Overbilled me multiple times. I changed ISP to speakeasy 1000000% better - install took 30 minutes I have 5 IP addresses and its slightly more money. Now even though I signed NO contract and paid for installation and equipment for flashcom/covad they are trying to charge me 250$ for terminating fees. DO NOT USE FLASHCOM they are EVIL! Run far away as possible. If anyone here gave these guys a positive review I would guarantee they are working for Flashcom or getting paid or a discount for it! Again, DO NOT USE FLASHCOM they are EVIL!
