I don't even know where to begin. I had Netwurx a few years ago, started out very sketchy. I called daily to resolve issues, knew the staff on a first name basis. After a month got everything taken care of, then speed and latency just got worse and worse. Thank goodness my roommate and I moved to somewhere that had DSL.
Unfortunately, I am back in their area, and am forced to have them again. I am temped to sell my house and move, as this is just ridiculous.
2 months now, horrible speeds, unreliable connection, 88% packet loss, speeds less than 1/4 of advertised. No streaming netflix, no youtube, no online games, no emailing large files. I'm lucky just to browse the internet without having to refresh a page for it to fully load.
