Self install kit came within 2 days..everything needed in the box, modem, filters, splitter, etc. used set up disc to make connection. E-mailed activation date after line qualification. set up disc had some minor issues, but worked through them, then used router, dynamic IP over PPOE (website shows PPOE for setting,support said to use DHCP, which when changed fixed router issues) ...No problems till the second day, and couldn't connect......turned out to be the afore mentioned router issue...speed was 1300/300 without any tweaking...probably as good as it gets (install was for a friend)....all in all a good install except for the install disc/wrong router setup on website issues...a lot easier than I expected.....great price....Also one of the few ISP's that I know of that actually don't mind you using a router,and have the settings on their website for Linksys, which should work for the other brands also.Been up and running for a while, and no major issues. I can recommend them whole heartedly.
