    Still WAY faster than the dog network a @work!

    They have always worked well for me. Original order involved shipping equipment and some tech support. I had previously had AT&T (SBC PacBell) service, so I was pretty well ready. There was an initial problem with the install, but it turned out to be a telco problem, and was soon remedied. (I don;t think they liked that I was using another ISP!) The tech support people have always been very helpful. Have always offered me a very good deal for renewing my initial "cheap" subscription.
