    Presales info was always the best compared to other providers. Online chat normally answered my questions clearly and I did not have to use a telephone.

    I ordered dry loop DSL service. I am in a Verizon area. From order date until the time Verizon arrived at my home to connect the wire was 13 days. Seven days after that was my activation date. I was not receiving a signal from the CO on my activation date so I contacted DSL Extreme support. They were very easy to deal with and understood that a trouble ticket needed to be opened with Verizon. I did not get the expected resistance from DSL Extreme given that I am using my own DSL modem. I thought they would insist that they send me one of their modems before they opened a ticket. DSL Extreme called me a number of times to update me regarding the trouble ticket. Verizon was out at my house promptly and the issue was corrected. I was online with DSL Extreme immediately. I am a happy customer and hope to remain this way.
