Switched from AT&T. Ordered DSL Extreme on 11/20. On 11/21 I was given activation date of 11/30. Woke up on 11/27 to no internet connection. Changed logon and password in DSL modem to new info from DSL Extreme and I was back in business in a matter of minutes. Confirmed with dslx_nick that service had been transferred.

After I had been a loyal AT&T customer for more than 5 years, AT&T decided to raise my rates for their same slow speed, so I decided to switch. I tried DSL Extreme and I am VERY happy. DSL Extreme has MUCH faster internet for a fraction of the cost AT&T offered. Set up was super fast and easy. Their customer support is also excellent and very friendly.
