I have had DSL Extreme first running through my phone line, then switched to their Fiber, then (fortunately I'm in a Verizon area) to their Dry Loop service when they stopped giving Fiber service.
All have been great services, and reliable! They always work to give me their best rates when my renewal is up. I just called in to renew and a young lady by the name of Rose I believe, gave me a free month of service. Said for being such a long time loyal customer! Which, if I can sign up for longer period of time I would! but their contracts are only 12months. 
I am not the most computer savvy person, I know that I am on their 3.0kbps and I am running on two lap tops and two desk tops and have two serious gamer sons. Now of course if I have one of my sons playing his Wii I will have to wait a min or two longer for my page to load but without him being on it speed is great!
I have no complaints with this company! I am a 100% satisfied customer and have always been treated great by their company.
