ATT screwed up my ISP change order when I was switching to DSLX. Spent at least 4 hours with 8 different people and basically got nowhere other than ATT saying we are sorry we screwed up but we can get it fixed for at least 3-4 days.
DSLX expedited by order and got me up and running within 30 mins after dealing with ATT. Forum and Tier 2 super were awesome! Treated like a valued customer and not just a number. Still waiting on a call back from ATT customer service from a supervisor, 3 hours after they said they would call... No regrets.
