    The installer was very prompt. I got the phone and dsl hooked up at our new house on the day of closing, and he was out there in the morning. Works as described, and the connection is very reliable. Speed is consistant, and hardware is good. I was provided with a Westell wireless router, but discovered that my old att/sbc modem/routers worked just fine.

    They are the best option for the region, because I don't want cable from Ritter, and I have DishNetwork.
