N. Texas has been broken since November 2010. They cannot tell us why and give us a run-around when your call them. A company should never run this way when dealing with problems or its curious customers. ETA was not given until mid January on when the problem will be resolved. Not sure if the ETA is even correct since some techs say Feb 21st and others say sometime in May. Both times are not acceptable seeing how its been hardly usable for several months. Customer service is very very poor. Most will put you on hold and never pick up or just transfer you around in circles until you are tired of messing with it, when you ask about the problem. The only positive light i can possibly shed on Centurylink ISP is they will give you credit for every month it is still down, though, most customers of Centurylink would rather be paying and having usable internet than some free months. If there was a reliable company who reached the rural areas North East Texas i am 100% positive all people forced to use Centurylink would switch without hesitation. FYI to all you big ISP companies out there. At 75$ a month and cant even stream something as simple as YouTube its not worth hanging around if there is something else available. Also, they will sell you there product still even though its over sold and if your actually slightly past there range limit.
