It worked really well on the new fiber network at first with consistent 20 mb download speeds but it only lasted about a month then it went out over the weekend.

It was working great until Saturday morning on 9/10 and then it started going on and off every few minutes all day long. First it loses the DSL signal, disconnects, goes offline for several minutes then reconnects again when the DSL signal comes back again. The modem retrained about 72 times on Saturday. It kept going on and off every few minutes most of the day on Sunday 9/11 too and retrained 42 times or so until about 4:00 PM then it stopped doing that and seemed to work OK the rest of the evening. I though it had been fixed by then however it started doing it again on Monday morning also but not as frequently and did it a few more times on Tuesday and Wednesday too but then it stopped and worked OK on Saturday and Sunday and now it hasn't retrained at all for several of days! Comments on the forum show this problem to be happening at other locations too.

They didn't get the billing right and the bill last month was $115 instead of $60 but seems to be correct this month. Their online payment web site isn't secure either, according to both I.E. and Chrome and if I try to contact Support online it won't open the chat box. You'd think a company that big could make a web site that works, it's not that hard.
