I ordered the 7Mbit DSL service on December 12. By December 15 my line was up and running. Speed has been rock solid and connection reliable the entire time. There was one issue with some wiring outside which they sent a tech to correct. He was on time and did the job quickly. Tech support isn't fantastic, but at least they speak English and seem willing to help. Overall I'm happy with the service. I knew going in speed wasn't going to blow me away (coming from 20/2 cable internet) but it really is "fast enough" for what I do and the price isn't bad, less than half what I paid for cable internet service alone. The rate does jump after 6 months to $45.99 which is a bit high, although the local cable provider charges the same for 6/512 service (not to mention $15 for not subscribing to their TV packages...)

Line speed is consistently synced at 7168/832 and runs right at those speeds 24/7 from my testing.
