I got Qwest connect silver with windows live back in July 2007. I got the 1.5Mbps package. Speed test show 1.3Mbps. I pay 36.99 a month and I have the Actiontec M1000 Modem I'm happy with the service and everything work with little to no down time

I seen no trouble or down time or anything off on my bill so far so good. Now If They wound upgrade us to a higher speed
3/11/2012 They are upgrade the area to faster speeds let's hope all go good with little to no trouble . They said they hope to have it done in June or July with speed 5MBPS to 20MBPS
4/21/2012 Upgraded to 7MBPS everything is working great no trouble so far. Speedtest.net shows I'm pulling 6.12 MBPS
