Note I got them back in 07-08 and stayed intill 2011
Got the 5mbs/756kbs plan at first and it worked ok for a bit. Then it all went down hill from there. It went out just about every day and tech support did not care at all.
Then it went out for 2 weeks and they just said sit it out or some thing like that.
They upgraded me to the 10mbs/1mbs plan soon after that and it worked a bit better, but still slowed down and went out 2-5 times a week from 10 min to 3-4 hours.
DO Not use this company! I can't believe they are allowed to still be in business! Every month I have to call due to no service. Rude tech...used foul language. No shows when I stayed home all day waiting for a tech on another day. I had no service yesterday, called and after 30 minutes on phone it was fixed. Get up this morning and no service. Was told it is a different issue than yesterday and tech will have to come out...but sorry no techs available today...will have to be tomorrow! I will be switching to another.carrier this week.
