Centurylink has been the worst communications company I have had to deal with to date. It took them over a week to, supposedly, turn our Internet on - didn't happen. After three phone calls to three different uneducated/untrained employees, they finally came out 2 days later to tell us that the previous field team member didn't "punch" the lines properly. Nobody brought us the dsl line to use, nobody explained how anything worked. It took another three days to get the Centurylink dsl modem/router delivered to our house because they somehow forgot to bring that. Nobody ever installed the set up for the tv internet connection or even offered the items/installation. It took two phone calls for them to "activate" multiple-device wireless set up. Ridiculous. Never, ever again. Oceanic Time Warner Cable - you rock! Centurylink - you are pathetic.
