"This term is not even close enought to discribe thier over all service"

I've used a lot of different ISPs during the past 18 years of web browsing and not a single provider can even come close to the level of support Snappy provides. They have full-time support and will work with you on billing issues if needed. They also will help you setup different combinations of equipment unlike AT&T who will only support their own equipment that you have to buy from their suppliers. Snappy on the other hand will work with you on your Linksys or any other types of equipment that you may want to use. If they do not know how to work one piece of equipment they will do what they can to find you a solution including calling other vendors that may have worked with that equipment before. They will also contact your phone companies on your behalf if you get slammed by them to get the issues corrected and then they will walk you through any issue you may have to get your network back on line. So all in all I cannot say enough about them and the quality of service that they provide you, and the best part of this is that they are located right here in the USA. Although the people that work there may have come from a different country they kept the jobs her in this country and they also became part of this country rather than taking the jobs that belong here to some third world company and forces you to speak to some one that talks plenty good English although you can never understand them and if you ask to speak to a person that speaks English as their native language they charge you close to 400 hundred dollars for that option, sorry Dell I knew you wanted to keep this a secret but when you ask me for 400 dollars to speak to someone I can understand than you changer a friend of mine 275 for the same thing all within a months time I find this a very hard way to fulfill a support option that you paid for when you bought your computer. At that point you should have clearly stated that charge these types of charges for something you are lead to believe that you paid for during the sale of the computer. I know that I've mentioned several companies by name and told you about the extra charges you can expect to pay for when you do business with them but if they did not want you to know what they are doing to the economy in this nation they should not try to take every cent that they have just for asking for what they were lead to believe that they bought from the beginning. The only other thing I can say is that if other companies would stand up and be anywhere near as honest and trustworthy as Snapydsl the computer world would be the greatest industry we have in this country. I have to say Thank You Snappydsl for setting the bar as highly as you have and with any luck maybe just maybe one or two of the other companies in your industry would understand that it is easier make a little money each time they do their job rather than making it all at once by trying to make it all at once on one support ticket rather than trying to make it by having support that comes with a fair price when the customer needs them not on a 7 to 5 schedule like AT&T's techs do. I'd much rather use Snappydsl then any other ISP on the market because in my honest opinion Snappy is not the most honest provider I've worked with but that they also provide a level of service that is at a level that is so much higher level than all of the other provided and with any luck maybe one of their higher level support members will read this and understand that there is more to computer support than just bankrupting all their clients before they move on to other companies and I know that AT&T would not be one of the new companies that they would change to if they want to improve their level of support.
