    Well, first of all I have to say that my service with this ISP has never failed. I have had continuous service for almost 2 years without it ever cutting out on me or interrupting for a few hours like has happened with earlier providers.

    One thing that has been pretty irritating in my case has been that I have had 1.5/384 service for years without being able to step up because their lines in my city dont support any higher speeds. I have actually had to suffer this past years as i saw in the DSLR news about the speed increases throughout the country and me stuck at 1.5/384. If they could provide faster speeds for a reasonable price then their service would be excellent.

    At least price is not bad, $35 a month isnt too much but I would gladly pay $50 for a faster service.
