    Customer service not up to speed with engineers of availability.Engineers adding more service to area and customer support selling service in area's that where already capped out.There are no other options for telco or dsl in my area (which we are trying to get lifted).

    It took Mid march to Mid August to get the DSL up and running and I heard of them trying to sell service in other places (family) and mine during the waiting time. I originally ordered the 1.5 mg service,but was turned on at 512 which didn't take but a day to get fixed .Over all the area techs are quit ready to help if you stop and ask a question. And I Don't seem to get any Problems with support on the Phone. My service is still new so we'll see how it goes with the bill.
