    I have had Embarq DSL for 5 years now. I have had maybe 3 -4 outages in those 5 years. The latency is around 8ms to the first hop with fastpath. I have the 3M/640k and consistently get 99%+ of the rated speed. The forum is great with helping with problems. I highly recommend Embarq DSL.

    - Update 11/06/2009 - All is still going well. Download speeds are at 90+%
