For almost 7 years, I have received promises, even in writing, for HighSpeed DSL. I have had repeated solicitations, and even received assurances, in writing, to have service and bandwidge upgraded, without them meeting their commitments. Their customer service is terrible. Their sales AND customer service people consistenly lie. And if I had a choice, I would avoid them entirely.
