    Tweak test: all within range. MTU and RWIN are OK.
    Mail server is OK.
    Connection speed on a modem-cable in the 1500's at worse and 3000' s at best.
    Advertised speed is 7500 Kbps.
    Most Videotron subscriber here reports a 7000 connection and more.

    Technical support OK... but customers service line is rather bad.

    Monsieur Pierre , C'est Videotron ou Bell que tu as ???

    Si c'est Bell , bien tu es dans la mauvaise section -- Si c'est Videotron , tu corriges ton entête et enlèves Bell , ensuite tu rejoins le SAC et on t'arrange ça subito presto ! C'est accessible 24/24 - 365 jours par année.

    J'ai Videotron haute-vitesse intermediaire pour Internet.

    Mais sur mon profil, ils demandent notre compagnie de telephone (TELCO ) aussi. C'est BELL pour moi.

    Voilà le pourquoi des deux compagnies citées.
