Update on March 2012 with 60/3 Internet access, Phone, Illico HD and Cellular service. I am NOT an employee of Videotron. I'm stuck home with major health problems (heart & lower-back issues).
I have a Arris TM722 modem, no issues at all with it. I have my own D-Link DIR-825 with v2.06NA firmware. Again, no issues. I have a wired home network and there's an Ethernet D-Link 10-100-1000 DGE-530T Gigabit Adapter in my desktop computer. Also have an old Latitude Dell D600 with a D-Link DWA-160A2 Wifi USB adapter connected in it and I get decent speed throughout my little 3-rooms app. I'm specially happy with the fact that I pay Videotron's account with DesJardins Interact internet page. No CC here. And never had an account mistake, customer service are friendly and I've sent numerous congrats letters for excellent service when I call them. All in all, I'm happy in my little town. My HD cable, my phone service, my cell phone and my internet access all work perfectly.

UPDATE: I switched my account to the regular 20/10 high speed.
They grandfathered my account to the 30$ maximum monthly surcharge if you break the monthly limit.
Their limits are a real JOKE, specially with the new 30Mbps line they are installing.

I have the extreme package with no-transfers limit. at 65$ a month for a 12 month contract. They have announced that there will be a 100gb limit from Oct 1st. And $1.50 for every gb over.
I have transfered close to 300gb last month, which would have meant a 300$ overcharge on my account.
Ill switch back to the normal high-speed account @ 38$/month, there's a 20/10gb monthly limits each month, but if you go over, they cannot charge you more than 30$ overcharge. Which means that if I download 300 or 1000gb, it won't cost more than 68$
