Must subscribe to at least one other service (cable tv, phone) from provider to be eligible to the basic monthly subscription cost, otherwise monthly cost increases significantly.
Major good point: Connection reliability and speed.
Major bad points: Email servers are sometimes temperamental. Technical support quality can vary widely. Very expensive for its overall value when compared to what's available in other countries.
