If not taking multiple packages (Internet, phone, cable) and 12 months contracts: outrageous prices. You NEVER get a correct answer for technical/customer service on first call. They also lie to you. They NEVER believe you. Once somebody (you have to wait for at home) shows up, then they find the real problem, and finally believe you.
TV... Few English channels in HD. Buggy/obsolete hardware. Incorrect info in guide.
Order and install process is painful at best, depending on what you are installing. Clueless over phone (activating or submitting a problem), when they show at home, they make you fell stupid.
