Have been using Videotron high speed Internet for 8 years and have never had any problems. Technical support are very friendly and knowledgeable. The speed is great for everyday browsing, email checking and video streaming. The downfall for me is the bandwidth cap that can be reached with heavier usage, including online PC backup software that eat up quite a lot of gigabytes.
