The internet/broadband service has been good for the past year or so. Their cable tv product is shameful for a large corporation. Terrible, buggy software. The box is slow, unresponsive at times, constantly reboots. Time Warner is creating cable cutters, driving people to Netflix and leaving their Cable television service I feel, in large part to how completely awful their buggy software is and how in a city like New York, as a customer they STILL haven't released a version of their software that works properly. Look at the number of cable tv subscribers they lost last quarter. Cost plus a terrible product...
