I got Roadrunner installed as well as TW digital cable installed the day after I moved to Austin (scheduled in advance). The installer showed up on time, was friendly, and put everything in place in no time (he didn't install the garbage software at my request, he could tell that I wasn't a computer "user"). The modem synced right up, but there happened to be DHCP issues at the time, so he told me to try again later and it should be working. Sure enough, about an hour or so later everything working perfectly.
Speeds have been as advertised, roughly 2000/386 on most test sites even during peak hours. I don't use their mail or news services very often, but the list of newsgroups seems plentiful with no caps on download rates from the news server. No outages so far, great connection for gaming (ping and latency not an issue).
Update... 9 monts later, and the service has been absolutely fantastic. I haven't had so much as a single drop in top speeds, no matter when I test.
