Speeds are consistent, with no noticeable slowdown during the evenings. Modem was a brand new Scientific Atlanta.
This is a massively different experience than what I had with TWC many years ago. Very much improved customer service. I am not pleased with the "all the best" or whatever they call it "contract" I had to take in order to receive the discounted rate. Other than that little gripe, I am very pleased with the service so far.

Still reliable connection, with a few noted downtime incidents, all on their end. Speeds are as advertised, as long as the server on the other end is capable. Great for downloading OS torrents, so far at least. Seeding is so-so after download, since upload is only a fraction download speed. I don't use a single service they provide other than the connection. Very pricey after initial price breaks stop and bill increases to its "normal" amount, especially in this economy.
