Due to the holidays and a new installation special, it took around 3 weeks to get RR installed! At this time, Time Warner doesn't allow for self installs but, the techs were fairly knowledgable. The install came with a Motorola SB4200 Surfboard & so far, I haven't had a problem with it!
You're given one Static IP "additional IP's are available for $10 extra a month". Was able to share the IP using a router. 5 megs of webspace & 5 email address's.
Connection speed has hold pretty steady at around ~ 800KBs
down and the high 500 KBs up.
I used to love this service but, RR seems to be overselling their nodes. At times I get a heavy lag on my end. Couple that with potential metering, if you can get something else, then tell RR to stick it!
