Cable connection speed is good in this area but not great. They have given us increases over the years, but, always big download jumps and little upload. Phone support is national and will only insist that you try all the things you've already done. Support is in another state. E-mail support is useless. You get auto replies to key words in message. They don't really read them and address the issue you ask about. Mostly you get a message to call national help line. 8 years later, support is still no good. You may as well wait for issues to resolve themselves. If Verizon FIOS ever gets to this area, Roadrunner will be history. Lately speeds have declined a great deal. I won't bother to call support. It's always futile. I get just as much help talking to my cat.
