I have switched from Road Runner to EarthLink and now back to RR to save a couple of bucks. I like that service requests have always addressed quickly, and the in home techs were knowledgeable and, with the exception of a couple asshats, issues were addressed properly Telephone tech support is usually poor and can even be spotty at level 3.
