I have cable internet from Tim Warner and it is great since day one. Nothing complain so far!

After a year of usage, I notice that the connection sometime cut off but that's ok because I understand that Time Warner needs to upgrade or changes something during their operation. That's acceptable in that case! The service still going strong in my place. One thing that I hope they will upgrade my line from 3mb to 5mb sooner. Come on Time Warner, you can do better.

After a horrible story with AT&T DSL service, I switched back to Time Warner which had been great but the price. Now, I'm using a combo package (phone+internet+HDTV) for one price. Everything is good so far, and it's been more than two months service now.
Feb. 2008
Switched back to ATT, so this had to go. TWC has been very soild company and reliable signal as day one, but sometime at night you will notice some speed drop due to share connection with others. I had few time couldn't even access the net in a week. Maybe server or hardware problem at their end I guess.
