    Got RR the day it was available in my back in 1997. I have very rarely had problems with the service. After a few years they had to replace the cable running to the house, but it was done within 48 hours of the initial call. Speeds are good, best d/l I've found in the area but u/l not the greatest. Haven't had many problems and when I do they are solved fairly quickly. I left the RR area in January of 2008 hoping that Cox makes me as happy as the RR I had for 11 years.
