    Technical support is the most pathetic of all when it comes to Time Warner it. Miserable would be the word to describe it.
    ( Hey, everyone can say, "unplug your modem for 30 seconds and plug it back on.")

    Connection is very unreliable with extreme packet losses even after several on-site tech support visits

    Well, if you want good broadband, then you will have to move to Canada or Europe. Literally all of EU offers superior service and much higher broadband than in America.

    move to another neighborhood

    hey you live in Brooklyn, so all you need to do is simple move from bay ridge or whichever neighborhood you live in to say Brighton Beach and u will get cablevision.

    Time Warner Having Internet Problems!

    Yes, your very right, i had some customer services reps actually put me on hold and never came back! Now for the internet conection, they are having issues with there outside lines, especially on hot days, you will either get a slow connect or no connection at all!!! I'm fedup with them and now will be looking for DSL instead of cable modem connection!

    time warner sucks hard core for me after getting my house rewired my speeds are still borked and im told there is nothing more they can do

    there CSR's and tech people are a joke

    Time Warner in the Carolinas, been using it since the early 90's and have had no problems with it. Excellent service as well as uptime. It could be your location and DSL is crap.
