I have tried to get the digital cable and Road Runner to operate with support from Time Warner. 4 months have gone by without digital cable service and intermittent Road Runner.The service provider is Time Warner. I have micropixelation and channels 50% of the channels (not Premium) not having a picture or sound.All the cable has been replaced from inside the home to the line extender. The cable box has been replaced. No joy. the Road Runner will go off for two to three days. The tech support people will make a service call, but it will not occure for three to 5 days later.
