    I have 10 DN / 1 UP tier and enjoying the speeds greatly. Every so often they do service on the lines and headend, but this is expected and most should see reasoning behind this. If ever have problems with a service be proactive is all it takes.

    Even before I started working there I knew of various problems people would daily deal with from reading here and various other websites. I agree it can have its issues but overall throughout the years I have had Comcast/Time Warner from @Home days I am still VERY pleased at how they handle everything from outages to other account issues.

    Very stable - since NTX upgrade all over Dallas internet and video has been just that much better.

    Yes, I work here but just because someone works for a company does not mean I condone or agree with everything and never will.
    I simply explained so in my review and previous experience before employment.
    I see the customer side of view almost daily and do my best to help as I can.

    If everyone wants to be picky. Track the history of cable in Dallas from original ownership to current.
    How many people can we blame for our problems?

    The penalty for ISPs who fake reviews (or post reviews on behalf of customers), can be as severe as DELISTING.

    I work for Time Warner Business Class in Dallas and very glad to say so. I would never give a false/"Fake" review. My experience is 100% true as I have been a Comcast/Time Warner customer before I was employed and have just continued enjoying service afterwards.
    Currently, I have 3 digital boxes and internet hooked up to 7 computers all doing just fine.

    i been with rr for about 12month and the stupid contract is about to be over... thank god

    i'm getting 43/480.... i can't even enjoy youtube and yet i am paying the service.
