    Roadrunner replaces Adelphia...August 2006

    Started Adelphia in 1995 and after initial problems the service and customer care was good.

    After transition, surfing has been very slow.

    Download around 4000-5000 kbps
    Upload around 456-486 kbps

    My service is at the standard level with options to increase speed.

    Using old surfboad modem so perhaps an upgrade in equipment might help.

    Dynamic address...Wish I knew if a change in DNS Servers would increase internet surfing.

    If anyone in Cleveland, OH can suggest a different server, I would appreciate it.
