    Service is ok for what I need.
    Wish they'd switchover from the old Adelphia email server already...tired of seeing my old Adelphia email addy in incoming/outgoing emails! It's been way over a year since the takeover.

    Assume you would get a new account number. Adelphia's are 16 digits. Tier 2 Support would NEVER know anything about your account as far as billing. They're only Tech Support- National Help located in Canada.
