    Actually overall good service. Few problems in the 5 yrs of service. I have been tru
    2 modems and a couple of drops(squirrels) LOL.
    Once you can get past desktop support and get a service icket, response is quick and quite professional.
    I must give them credit for how well they handled the Hurricane Rita situation.
    I had a few friends who did not leave and said they never lost connection at all.
